Welcome to our Mental Health & Wellbeing Page

This page has information relating to areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing.  Mental health is a growing illness we all need to be aware of.

Awareness is the acceptance and understanding of something that can affect us all.

Mental health includes our emotional states, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

As a school we want to support mental health, if you feel you need support at any time please contact our school Family Support Worker, Mrs Kamaly, who is available as part of our Eastbury Early Help.  All conversations are confidential and are held in complete trust with yourselves.
